Discover the Beauty of Love at any age--it is as perpetual as the rising son!

It seems that there are some women who are willing to do almost anything to keep a man’s interest and money. This fact makes women Chelsea's age feel vulnerable when dealing with the advances of men any age. It would seem as if older women could not compete. Especially when there is an attractive man involved. However, Chelsea never acquired the appetite for throwing herself at men. Now, here she is facing an eligible man of her own age group and she doesn’t want to pinch herself.

“So, Chelsea, are you, well, dating right now?” He seems really persistent and moving at a fast, steady pace. Chelsea can tell that he is interested in her, and he is very straight forward and not a game player, so she decides not to play, either.

“No, I am not dating.” Chelsea gives him a little smile.

“Chelsea, I want to get to know you. Please don’t take me the wrong way. You seem like a really nice lady and if things can workout, well..... “He lets his voice trail off. There, he’s done it. He’s following his heart instead of his head once again.

“Paul, I’m glad I met you, today. I’d like to get to know you, too. I have my own graphic design business and I’ve been working on ideas for a new line of greeting cards.” Chelsea says breathlessly.

“Sounds like you’re pretty busy,” he says smiling exhaling as if holding his breath for minutes.

“Well, not now but I definitely hope to be in the coming weeks,” Chelsea smiles.

“You say you have your own graphics business, tell me about it.” Paul asks very intrigued.

Chelsea begins by telling Paul about her graphics business and how it is slowly picking up the pace after many years of hard work and a few thousand dollars. She explains that through wise investments during her younger years as a model she has been able to keep her finances in proper prospective, but she’ll be glad when the business is finally solvent.

“Have you ever thought about having a partner; well someone with capital and good PR skills.” he ventures.

“Hey, if YOU know somebody like that, please, let me know. This will allow me to devote more time to my trade. It will be the answer to my prayers.” Chelsea replies dreamily.

“ME.” he states flatly.

“Excuse me … what did you say?” again Chelsea is surprised.

“Before I left Montreal, I accumulated quite a bit of wealth. I also own properties in Houston and the surrounding areas. It wouldn’t be far off the mark to speculate that I am very comfortable financially.” Paul pauses a moment to gauge Chelsea’s reaction and is very satisfied. Then he continues.

“I didn’t transfer a lot of money to the Memphis banks. The majority of my assets are still in Montreal and I am keeping my properties in Houston and it is managed by a good reputable company. I plan to invest in a business of my own. I’ve always been fascinated by computers. I am in the process of purchasing a new one. I’ve been staying with an aunt, but I’ve been looking at homes in Cordova or Bartlett. I would like to see your business plans and your office.” As Paul finishes Chelsea’s heart soars!

“Oh Paul. I would be thrilled for you to come and look at my plans. When would you like to come?” Chelsea asks feeling as giddy as a school girl.

Getting down to business ...
Getting down to business ...

“How about mixing business with pleasure?” he asks smiling as much as Chelsea now.

“What do you mean, Paul?” Chelsea wonders.

“We can have an early dinner at Zanzibar and a production at Theater Memphis.” Paul offers.

“That sounds great Paul. I’ve always wanted to try Zanzibar!” Chelsea says excitingly.

“Good. I look forward to seeing you around 6:00 p.m.?” Paul asks.

“Excellent.” Chelsea concurs.

They exchange phone numbers and Chelsea gives him directions to her house. They talk some more and say goodbye.

Chelsea spends the rest of the day trying to concentrate and comes up with some great ideas. Paul calls around 3:30 p.m. to wish her a good day (again) and to reassure himself that the “date” is still on for later. They mutually decide that it will be better to attend to business in the morning and just enjoy the night.

Chelsea floats through the next hour thinking about Paul, and then decides its time to choose what to wears. It’s a very hard decision; she has so very many beautiful clothes from her modeling years, but she finally settles with a gorgeous black velvet jumpsuit with a neckline that plunges to meet the waist. Under the jumpsuit she wears a camisole of the softest, luxurious pink silk with a delicate trim of black lace.

Chelsea brushes her silvery locks until they shine … turning her head this way and then the other way trying to achieve the best look. There had been times in the past when she had considered coloring it but she decided that she would allow it to gradually become the beautiful mane it now is.
