Strength for Each Day

Christianity is not a Religion. It's the only way to Eternal Life!

Depend On Jesus.

According to John 15:1-8, Jesus is the vine and we are the branches. He tells us that as we abide in Him we will bear much good fruit, and that apart from Him we can do nothing. We should read and meditate on these verses often because we have a tendency as human beings to be independent and self-reliant.

As you begin ony project or task, take a moment to tell Jesus that you are depending entirely on Him for the grace, wisdom and strength to do it. This ensures that you will do it with His help rather than laboring in your own strength and abilities.

Ask Yourself!

Remain in me, and I will remain in you. For a branch cannot produce fruit if it is severed from the vine, and you cannot be fruitful unless you remain in me.

— John 15:4

Any burden is lighter when it is borne by two instead of one; therefore, I urge you to ask for and receive all the help you con from God, who never grows weary! Then, after having successfully completed your task, remember to thank God for His help.Pray: "Father, forgive me for all the times I have laboured in my own strength. I recognised that I need You at all times, ond I wont to abide in You so that I may bear good fruit. Thank You, in advance, for giving me more thon enough strength, wisdom and creativity to carry out the tasks ahead of me. Help me to always lean and rely on You. Thank You. In Jesus' name, Amen."

Jesus, I want to be in Your presence at all times. Thank You for promising to remain in me as I remain in You. I want to be as close to You as possible -to hear how Your heart beats for those who love You. As I grow closer to You, please use me for Your purposes-to serve and love those around me each day. Amen.
