Trivia Questions on the Sayings of Jesus

Christians and non-Christians alike quote the sayings of Jesus, from the sermons He preached, the stories he told and the conversations he had with His disciples. These trivia questions give us a chance to become acquainted with some of the sayings we may not have heard before, or to review some with which we are familiar.

Section One: Complete the Sayings of Jesus

In Section One, you are required to complete a statement spoken by Jesus, and quoted from the New King James Version of the Bible. Choose the correct answer from the multiple choices provided. To check an answer, search the text reference at the end of the statement, but not before you attempt an answer. However you do the quiz, alone or with a group, have fun remembering or learning for the first time some of the sayings of Jesus!

Section Three: His Sayings on the Cross

The Sayings of Jesus on the Cross have been compiled from the four Gospels—Matthew, Mark, Luke, John. The sayings are listed in this section and will be the main feature of our last quiz. The source texts are listed after the quiz.
