Composer’s Foreword

I am not good in notes, but from the local church trainings while in choir, I have come around with this hymn using another hymn. If you know the hymn beneath, then you can join me to sing this song unto the Lord.

The Composed Song

1. The hand of the Lord was upon ‘Zekiel

in his spirit he was taken out

To midst of valey that was even full

Also with different types of the bones

Refrain

These bones shall even live/2x

If you prophesy to them in faith

2. The Lord hath caused him to pass by them all

And he sees they were very dry

The Lord asketh him if those bones can live

And he replied that the Lord knoweth

Refrain

3. And the Lord saith that he prophesies

Even upon all of these bones

And he hath saith that o ye dry bones

Here also the word of the Lord

Refrain

4. After the time that he hath prophesied

Amidst the bones there was a great noise

When he looked again unto those dry bones

A great shaking he saw among them

Refrain

5. And the bones came together to one another

Even so the sinews and the flesh

Oh yea the skin covered ‘em above

But there was even no breath in ‘em

Refrain

6. When he lifted his face unto the Lord

He’s told him to prophesy in faith

When he prophesied spirit entered them

Even they all rise upon their feet

Refrain

7. The house of Israel even are these bones

They are saying that their bones hath been dry

And that they have gotten no hope again

Their gen’rations hath been severed off

Refrain

8. The Lord also says I ‘ll do a new thing

I ‘ll open the graves of my people

I ‘ll cause ‘em to sit even in their land

And they ‘ll have everlasting hope

Refrain

9. Those of us the Israel of the Lord our God

That do not have even any hope

We ought not to lose even our hope

Because the Lord is even for us

Refrain
