Singing and composing hymns and other songs have been part of my life since my teenage days

Composer’s Foreword

I am not good in notes, but from the local church trainings while in choir, I have come around with this hymn using another hymn. If you know the hymn beneath, then you can join me to sing this song unto the Lord.

Sinful Sighing to Be Blessed

The Composed Song

1. To know Abraham’s measure

Of his love unto the Lord

He says to him that he should go

To sacrifice at Moriah

2. He says he should use his son

Even isaac his only son

Should be sacrificed on one

Of the mountains at Moriah

3. With the Lord even Abraham

Argued not with what he says

And he saddled his asses

And he left for the mountain

4. He took two of his servants

Along with Isaac his son

He laid the woods on Isaac

While he took fire in his hand

5. On the way while they ‘re going

Isaac called even his father

To crucial observation

About the trip they ‘re making

6. My father this is fire

Also these even are the woods

But where even is the lamb

That we ‘ll use for the sacrifice

7. His father answered him that

The God will even himself

Provideth also the lamb

For the sacrifice that ‘ll be offered

8. When they get to the said mountain

That Abraham taketh Isaac

Isaac surrendered himself

Wholly for the sacrifice

9. But called unto Abraham

That he should not lay his hand on

His only begotten son

For he hath provide a ram

10. It’s after this that the God

Sworn by himself unto him

Abraham who is his friend

That indeed he should be blessed

11. As Abraham has not withheld

Even from God his very son

Isaac the only b’gotten son

That is what God also do

12. God did not withhold from the world

Even Jesus Christ his Son

His only begotten Son

Is sacrificed for our sins

13. To become a blessed one

God is calling thee today

You should please give thine heart to

Even the Redeemer now.
