Martyr: How Long Can You Go?
How long can you go?
How long can you take?
Will you still blow?
Will it does not waste your breath?
Traveled a thousand miles,
No food nor water.
No care that caters.
You keep chasing them,
Did they see you?
You gave up everything for them,
Did they worth your value?
Offers them anything including your heart,
The question is, "Did they feel your love?"
You felt pain cleaved the beatings apart,
But there you are again eager to start.
Strive one more time, waiting a chance,
The problem is, "Did they saw your glance?"
You fail, down and felt devastated,
Still cultivating dessert and irrigate it?
Praise them and made them a saint,
Drawing a future like a vague mosaic,
You've changed for them to appreciate,
You want to turn back but its too late.
You set efforts at high stakes,
Keeping the lonely night awake.
Your heart is restless you deserve a break.
Why its hard to stop praying for someone with a false faith?
You haven't heard the wisdom in you,
Still choosing a wrong track and walks through.
Poisoning an eye with a mere illusion,
Having someone in your arms is just an imagination.
You still don't care as you continue,
The question runs again and again,
"Do I still need to pursue?"
Even if you're not a part of their dream?
Why can't you understand?
It is not you what they want to have.
You go after those people who seek another heart?
Remember that your love indeed is not enough.
I've been with that and it causes too much hurt,
Pains, agonies, wails, moans inside will lurk.
Still praying that someday, someone will see your value?
It's up to you but the question is," How long can you go?"
Chasing someone you can't have is merely a suicide,
Look around, maybe someone is worth for your love.
