Winter Storm-Haiku

Nithya Venkat enjoys writing about nature and different aspects of life in the form of poetic verses.

winter-storm-haiku

Presenting haiku capturing the bleakness of winter-

bare landscape extends

across the vast emptiness

alone, a lost soul

winter storm warning

the angry blizzard rages

huddled together

winter-storm-haiku

icy north wind blows

tunneling through snow mountains

hope in a candle

white frosted lashes

hug of a warm winter coat

steaming hot cocoa
