Wearing My Love

Author:
wearing-my-love

My gates have been closed
Such a long time I believe
Promised myself
Returning the book on the shelf
Never opening my shell
Guess I'm waiting for the bell
Oh how hard I fell
Shh don't tell
Protecting my back for years
As if I am closing my ears

Wipe the tears my dear
Believe me
The end is near
There's no room for fear
Everything is crystal clear
I want you to feel
Feel the real
Promise you once again
Your waves will crash
Along the shore
That's how you'll see
Just let it be
The butterfly fairy

Thank you, Isabella. I'm just doing my best to find the right paintings for the right poem! They are from the Internet.
