Walk With Me in Ethereal Time

I have stumbled across a new passion: writing. It is proving to be insightful and rewarding.

Walk with me hand in hand through desert sands.
Listen to the whispers of the ancient winds.
They speak of understanding the ancestral ways.
Responsiveness becomes fluid as the mind becomes aware.

A single native flute echos a melody over the prairies.
Elder spirits from long ago dance on the horizon.
They hop and spin in time with the song.
I want to join in and get lost in their energy.

The hearts of the native spirits welcome us.
The sun will ever sing of their story.
They have lived in the earth for a thousand years.
Listen to the four winds of earth, they honor the spirits.

Remember the instruction of the elders.
Keep their memory alive in your hearts.
Thank them for their stories which teach you.
Commit to pass on those stories for the children.

Thanks, Brenda. I believe the elders do teach us from their stories. I love to listen to native narratives.

This one is quite good.

I can picture myself there.

The elders could teach us a few things in their stories.

Take care.
