Manatita is an esteemed author living in London, UK. He writes spiritual books, flash fiction and esoteric poetry, his favourite genre.

Wisdom from the Master

"The birth of the Child was secrecy itself. But His Birthday is as illumining as the Sun, as energising as nectar. Christmas is the birth of Promise, the link between Heaven with Earth."

"It is not under the branches, but at the foot of the tree that one gets full protection. Therefore human souls, wherever they may be scattered, return to their families in order to breathe in serenely the Universal Harmony and Peace on Christmas Day." - Sri Chinmoy

The Blessings of This Time. Two Poems as a Collaborative Piece

For we are in light as children,
open to the blessings
of the eternal, in life all of us
in its glory

The sun; the moon, our rivers we
flow upon, the
sea paths we sail on, the
the woods we walk through, the
waters coursing, the
that lightly touch us, kissing
our skin, the sun which bathes us
in its glory and warmth,

The trees standing mighty
to shield
and shelter us

The animals our brothers and sisters
in this world
standing with us, being with us,

The birds of the
the messengers of eternal love
to sing and delight us
flying above

The fishes and creatures of
the seas, the
mountains standing tall, hovering
above to
remind us of what we must know
cause us wonder

That we may dream
in this our time
and remain united in this
our love

for all time. - Lesley, 25th December, 2020

United in This Love

Yes! Nothing happens without the inner Rapture!

The firmament is a projection of Its lustre;

The river’s but a flowing of its Breath.

We’re in this ‘Dance’ as wayfarers, travelling

On a GPS all mapped out for us, in a journey

Of self-transcendence … a gift of Love.

The pleasure we seek, is but the veil of the invisible,

Stabbing our Hearts with shadows; hugging and kissing

Our souls - like sunlight - replenishing new life.

Nature whispers of Its flames, like

A row of golden lanterns; the skylark

Sings, of the song-bird of the Soul.

We exist to dream, in the Jesus of Mary’s child; we

Blend with Christ, in the peerless Ocean of the Unknown.

Wisdom from the Master

"This is the day that unites near and far. This is the day that awakens the best in us, within and without. This is the Day of Eternal Bliss, from which the Past, Present and Future derive much significance of Existence.

Christmas reveals to us a limitless ocean of Universal Joy. The waves of the suffering world dare not declare their existence." - Sri Chinmoy

"How sweet is the breath of the flower;

How illumining is the sacrifice of its fragrance." - Sri Chinmoy

"The rose tells us everything we need to know, about the Unspoken.: - Manatita

These are beautiful pieces of poetry lingering on the theme of Christmas. Hopefully, people all over the world got to enjoy this festive season in their little ways if not in big ways due to COVID-19. I wish you all the best, Manatita and thanks for sharing the poetry.

Indeed!! All of us indeed!! As to the adverb, let the rose speak for us, in the language of the soul ... of Silence.

Your constant support and sometimes sublime and lofty sentiments, are a blessing, not only for me, but for all aspirants and god-seekers, where ever we are. Much Gratitude, my Brother-friend. - Manatita

Bill Holland from Olympia, WA on December 26, 2020:

You are the Master of Love, my friend. This is beautiful...that word doesn't do this work justice..stunningly beautiful....toss in any adverb you want which relates to beautiful. May your love shine upon all who need it which, to my way of thinking, is all of us.

Blessings always
