Turning Towards Blue

Hey, I am Nishika. I'm a budding writer and enthusiastically explore different areas. I always try to keep myself motivated and enjoy life.

There is a moment in life when never looking back is the best thing you can do for the sake of a better future.

TURNING TOWARDS BLUE

The feel of falling down;

All day long made me frown,

Caught up in the middle of a road;

With memories which now were a load,

Too appalled to shout;

A cry of hate blatantly loud,

I called in the silence to play;

Seeking help to lead the right way,

Walking among the pales and browns;

Trying to lose the infliction somewhere in crowds,

But I tried hard to completely let go,

Never turning towards the blue again I vowed.

Caught up in the middle of a road

With memories which now were a load,

This is a masterpiece

Loss is inevitable as we go through life. Some memories are worth forgetting and others are definitely worth remembering and cherishing. Your poetry deals with feeling "blue" in an interesting manner.

This is an interesting and effective description of a struggle. I love the imagery of "I called in the silence to play".
