Chitrangada likes to express herself by writing fiction and poetry. Her writing reflects her mood and is inspired by the beauty of nature.

You determine, how far you go in life, nobody else.

Sometimes the smallest step, ends up being the biggest step of your life.

To keep moving is life, let nothing stop you.

Rising and falling,

Falling and rising,

Twists and turns,

Ups and downs,

Let nothing stop you,

Life means movement.

There will be bends and curves,

All along the path, and the way,

There will be steep, high walls,

Which you will have to climb,

There will be sharp curves,

Which you will have to walk along.

No one knows, what’s coming up,

All along the unknown way,

Pleasures and pains, joys and sorrows,

Will come and go, and come again,

The failures, will make us grow,

Big or small, It applies to all.

Stay strong and don’t stop,

Since it‘s all part of life,

To move is life, to stop is the end of it,

To learn, evolve and progress is life,

Go, venture into the unknown,

Succeed; Let nothing stop you.

Life is to move and discover the unknown

When it hurts to move on, just remember the pain, you felt hanging on.

Life is about moving on, accepting challenges, and looking forward to what makes you stronger and more complete.

Thank You Dana Tate, for your wonderful comments and kind words of appreciation! It’s the encouragement of fellow writers like you, which keeps me going and helps me to improve further.

Your 3 points are so valuable. Everyday we learn and grow and it’s important to share what we have learnt, with others.

When I look back, I realise how much I have grown as a person.

Thank You dear friend for your insightful feedback. Much appreciated!

      Chitrangada,

I love reading your work you are so intelligent, deep and insightful. Life indeed is a bumpy road, full of twists and turns, ups and downs. A person who has insight understands there are many seasons in life in which life is designed to help us grow. The key is...

      1: Did you learn.

      2: Did you grow..

      3: Did you teach.

      Blessings...

Thank you MsDora, for your kind words of appreciation!

I am glad you liked the poem. I truly believe in, what I wanted to communicate here. One must try to complete their duties and responsibilities, as if there is no tomorrow. As we age, this feeling becomes more predominant, at least in my case.

Thank You so much for reading and commenting!

I am glad you found it worthy to share with your students.

We all need some kind of motivation each day, don’t we? Incidentally, I composed this one, because I needed some encouragement.

Thank You for reading and commenting. Always a pleasure to read your thoughts.

Chitrangada, this is great advice for everyone in every situation. "To move is life, to stop is the end of it." This is one of your lines that is worth remembering.

My dad's favorite saying was "keep moving forward." Never give up ground, always push onward. I've remembered that throughout my life. This reminded me of that valuable advice.
