I Am As Pictured

Paint a picture, Good Lord
To see what I would focus on
For maybe as our dreams interpret
Waters as emotions
Perhaps there is where I would
For reason of relating
Understanding, reasoning
Though you oh Lord have
Yet still exposed the scene
It is I who may be stuck for naught
I thank you that you choose me,
I am not forgotten in this globe of blue
The waters of reflection
of destruction
of substance
it is for life

Your poem captures the kind humility and faith we should have in our lives. God's thoughts will always be higher than us. We may not always understand why He allows certain things to happen to us. But His presence is an assurance that He loves us and that we, as you said, are not fogotten in the globe of blue. God bless you Courtney.
