Is there a pair of eyes that get tired of the beauty?
Or a pair that does not tear the salty sea?
Is there any eyes that do not search for you
Or everything that I missed in your history?
Summer rains quench the forest’s soul
Yet, my pair of eyes endure such soothing thirst
The trees, the twigs, the leaves the figs, the owl
No sway matches the heart that thrust
And yet, the beauty remains so far untouched
And my crippled desires stand purely crutched
My pair of eyes is the only one that works
And never to dry or become so parched
