The Ultimate Healer—Poem

Chitrangada loves to express her moods and emotions, through her poems. Most of her poems are free style and spontaneous with Nature at core

Nature— The Ultimate Healer

Nature— The Ultimate Healer

Nature—The Ultimate Healer

In the fast paced life of today, it’s important to spend some time with our own self. And what better place, to spend that valuable time with self, amidst Mother Nature.
I have often felt the positive impact it has, on my emotional and physical health.
As nothing can be as refreshing as Nature. Nature balances everything.
It changes, it recreates, it revitalises.

Remember the times, when people enjoyed the songs of the birds, at dawn and dusk?
The simple understandings of living life, which the birds remember, but perhaps we don’t.

Spend some time in the greens. Nature is the Ultimate Healer.

Spend some time amidst Mother Nature

Spend some time amidst Mother Nature

The Ultimate Healer—Poem

On some days,

I go out alone,

To feel the Nature,

To smell it’s fragrance,

No books, no companions,

No hurry, no worry,

No TV, no Internet,

Total digital detoxing,

On some days,

I like to sit quietly,

Under the cool shade,

Of the old-aged tree,

I sit leisurely, for long,

Not caring about time,

The gentle whispers,

The scented breeze,

Of the green or dry leaves,

The flight of birds, here and there,

Being mindful of my breath,

And conscious of my silence,

To grow my inner strength,

As I look deep within,

Trying to reflect,

Trying to analyse,

To restore my energy,

To detach and realign,

To Reenergise and start afresh,

As, Nature balances all,

Being there amidst the Nature,

Makes me rich and joyful,

Healed and zealed,

Calm and peaceful,

The cool breeze lifts my soul,

As I groove in rhythm,

With the rich, dark greens,

As Nature is the ultimate healer.

Observe the Nature. Listen to it’s quietness

Observe the Nature. Listen to it’s quietness

A beautifully inspirational poem. I admired the way you presented the message with such beautifully woven words touching the soul.

I always like and thrive to spend some time with nature. But I have to satisfy myself with a narrowed view of the clouds and the sky in front of my balcony and some small flowering plants grown inside our building compound.
