The Simple Path

The simple path crowded, straight and narrow
But, forging unguided up the hill towards blazing a new trail
To a simple life and simple dreams, hides a perpetual legacy
Unlike the rising star sticking to every tongue, few forever known
Is the choice made from will or knowing fate, locked in the future’s past
Most fear the risks of going alone, some fear being bound
Yet, those that make it to the top are bound to tumble down
Glory attained, its little matter that one comes raining down
Lost to nothing the horizons of time always advance to win
Chaos bringing to order, the truth is ever knowing
