The Magic Got Me

I figured it out myself
Or I heard it in a movie
A sunset is no good alone
No matter it’s beauty

I won’t ask any questions
At least not right away
Let me believe some things
Answers only get in the way

Missing you was too much
Even if for only an afternoon
I didn’t want to let you go
I hoped you’d be back soon

Are you going with me?
We can meet somewhere
That’s the best way to do it
Wondering if you’ll be there

I found myself thinking
What’s the point of love
It only causes confusion
That’s what it’s made of

I looked towards window
You said open the blind
The light spoke like a voice
The sun said you were mine
