The Madness of An Unaccustomed Mood
I can't seem to stop writing poetry or reading poetry. I think it is safe to say I love poetry and I love sharing great poetry with others.
"The madness of an unaccustomed mind..." Edna St. Vincent Millay
I can't hang...
These anxiety
ridden thoughts
that plague
my mind
folding
my third
heaping pile
of laundry
this
morning...
"The madness
of an unaccustomed
mood..." is more
like it.
Even though
this frame
of mind
has become
customary.
When felt
takes on
the moment
I am
unaccustomed to..
"Fuck the world..."
Sometimes
things get
a little dicey
after finishing
organizing
everything untidy
in an
unaccustomed
mood.
Mostly because
I am confused
by all this
inconceivable disorder
allied with chaos.
Where is our third eye
staring at us
from the middle
of our chests.
This
madness.

Been there, I can relate.
The third eye is there somewhere...just take a breathe and relax.
Nice one.
