Watching The Sunset

Last night, I watched the sunset for the first time in a while. I used to do it all the time because it was so amazing to see. I loved seeing all the different colors fill the sky until the night sky takes over.

I wrote a poem as I sat outside and watched the sunset and I also took pictures of the sun-setting. The picture, I liked the most, will be at the bottom and I just want you to see how beautiful and refreshing it is.

Here is the poem:

Sunset, Sunset

Isn't it wonderful

watching the sunset

the way it disappears ever so slowly

the way it makes the sky glow

all those different colors

intertwined with the next

it's something satisfying

about watching the sunset.

Final Thoughts

How did you like the picture of the sunset? I took it when I walked a couple of yards from my house. It was beautiful and there were at least 3 different colors in the sky. I think I will begin to watch the sunset again because it's too pretty to pass up.

I hope you enjoyed this poem and thank you for reading!

See you later darlings!

I loved the picture...wish we could capture the sunsets and keep them in jar to brighten our days when we are sad.

What a lovely poem you wrote.

        Nice read.
