Tears of Grief

Updated on October 23, 2017

Busy as a bee, a news interrupted me

Chaos here, there and everywhere

It confused, stumbled me totally.

"Hospital" the word that struck my ears

To my mind and heart, it lingers.

Yes, death succumbed the love of my life

At my young age, it was indeed a heavy strife

What would my life be without him?

Will I survive being an orphan?

Someone dear to me has finally gone

This lonely lass cried a river of tears

Life without him was full of mess

Struggling, crying, wishing for death

Calling his name and roaring in pain

Oh, dad can I be in your arms again?

I wish I was a drop of rain

Falling down on earth

When I die I’ll feel no pain

Finally will be with you up in heaven.
