"Slow Shifting" - A Seasonal Poem
I have written and published many poems all my life, including a self-published poetry book.
"Slow Shifting"
The sun rises in
A hazy sky; hugging the
Valley in autumn.
Icicles drip from
A running fountain among
Trees in winter air.
A red ladybug
Crawls on a holy green leaf
In the crisp, spring sun.
A seagull skims the
Sparkling sea under a
Blaring summer sky.
As the seasons shift,
Wind breezes are different.
Some changes move slow.
