She Who Has Eyes

The end is in the beginning.
The beginning is in the end.
Every flower blooms and dies.
From soil it comes and goes.
She who has eyes, let her see.
The stars shine on every being.
There are lights for day and night.
No shadow can match the sun.
Every shadow comes from light.
She who has eyes, let her read.

Miebakagh Fiberesima,

Thank you for your thoughts. :)

Marlene Bertrand from USA on May 15, 2020:

I really enjoyed your poem. It reminds me that there are many things in the world that are happening naturally all around us but we just need to open our eyes to see them.

Mary Norton from Ontario, Canada on May 15, 2020:

Reminded me that sometimes, though we have eyes, we don't see. My friends sent me two pictures yesterday to show me what they were talking about a certain place as I have not noticed it when I went there. Have to be more aware.

Louise Powles from Norfolk, England on May 15, 2020:

That's a beautiful poem, Alexander. I love the picture of the sea too.

Alex, yes, the eyes see the sun day and night. But the blind perceive the brilliance of the radiating sun and stars, and the opaque of the night. Certaing, both felt the radiating heat. Such is life and very significant too.
