The Inner Christmas Tree
In retrospect, my whole life has been
About beauty, Love, Light ... harmony.
It's been about struggles too, for which good
Parent will not admonish the naughty child?
Infinitely more loving is the One within!
Amidst it all, the night knows of the glistening
Candescent moon and winter inevitably dissipate, so
I can enjoy the beauty and fragrances of Spring-flowers.
Dawn brings me song-bearers, so my Heart can
Be a Citadel of Love, as my soul sings with the Arias
Of Mother Nature. Aye, it is a most wonderful
World, and Satchmo was indeed blessed ... visionary.
You're an ocean of excellence too --an effulgent
Light that mirrors - in the Spirit -- everything I've
Just written. I'm not special, and indeed my strength
Lies in knowing that you have your own inner Christmas
Tree of Gratitude –that epitome of lustre, goodness --and above
All, that sweet supernal Silence. Let us give thanks and Praise!
Season's Greetings! – Manatita, The Lantern Carrier. 17th December, 2020
O Light, my Light, my Illumining Light, Come!
O Light, my Light, my Illumining Light!
Magi’s travel to Bethlehem of Judea. A star
Of the East, is cascading its fragrance,
Heralding the advent, of the one called Christ.
The gentle breeze, resonates the choral of the heart
In all directions; my soul is a delicate harp, praising
Your glories in David psalms. Mere Prabhu, (My Lord),
Angels sing of three Kings, whispering Your rhapsody of Love.
The minstrels dance from heaven, while Your
Spirit embraces the cosmos, singing: “Peace on Earth,
Goodwill to all mankind!” We celebrate with a festival
Of Lights, family gathering and delectable meals.
Santa descends from the chimney carrying gifts;
Our Spirits soar on the wings of heavenly Love
And the maturing seeds of prayer. Mary's sacred
Child is born, in the stable of a manger.
O Light, my illumining Light! Come!

Love: The Music of Consummation
O Love! Open the portals of my Heart’s Temple!
The dawn of awakening is beckoning me;
The Light of the Beyond, dances in my gaze.
The red thread of Liberation, walks upon my soul;
I now dine, in Your fire of transformation-flames.
No more the penury of darkness, as the blue moon
Envelops a song-bird, inebriated with its grandeur.
In this meadow of incandescent beauty, the notes of morn’s
Nightingales are ceaselessly composing symphonies;
The lush scent of lavenders, whispers Dior J’adore.
O Love, the rose encircles me with its golden raiment’s;
All my useless demons have long since dissipated.
The Breath of the inner music, now stabs me with its
Melodies; my core is consumed with a million thrills!

The Master Speaks
"An angel can take the form of a deity, and a deity can take the form of an angel, if they wish to have certain angelic qualities .... angels take the form of ordinary deities who have compassion, affection and concern." - Sri Chinmoy
"All angels cannot have the same beauty, but all have wings. Angels are always dynamic! They are constantly moving, where as fairies can be very lethargic. Fairies are no match for angels in this respect." - Sri Chinmoy

Wisdom from the Master
” Hope is at once both simple and profound.
It is hope that binds Heaven and earth.
Hope is the bridge between Heaven and earth.
It is hope that makes us feel, at the beginning of
Our spiritual journey, that we are of God and that we are for God.”- Sri Chinmoy
This 2020 Christmas
Wisdom from the Masters
” Hope abides; therefore I abide.
Countless frustrations have not cowed me.
I am still alive, vibrant with life.
The black cloud will disappear,
The morning sun will appear once again
In all its supernal glory. “ - Sri Chinmoy
"Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.
In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you.
I go to prepare a place for you. …I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.” – Christ. John 14: 1-3. KJV.
"Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid." - John 14: 27. KJV
