Satirizing With Compassion -- Not Hate: A Rhyme With Message

Val enjoys writing his own style of what resembles poetry, just hoping to catch someone's heart on the same page.

A physician is not angry at the intemperance of a mad patient, nor does he take it ill to be railed at by a man in fever. Just so should a wise man treat all mankind, as a physician does his patient, and look upon them only as sick and extravagant.

-- Lucius Annaus Seneca

If seeing a toddler do his silly stuff

makes us uncomfortable, even pissed

maybe we find it hard to be tolerant enough

for the memory of childhood freedom is missed.

Thus we treat others' inner naughty child

the same that we are treating our own

seeing them as dangerous and wild

with stern judgment so overblown.

Just like toddler, mankind goes through a stage

evolving slowly with all these growing pains

and we shouldn't see it at its mature age

while it still has toddles in its brains.

Toddlers are cute, all until diaper change

so much in this world is just plainly stinking

but it doesn't make the global toddler strange

he simply doesn't have all our skills of thinking.

Nevertheless. with a satires point at stuff that's crappy

hoping to serve a mirror to those in a need to grow

which is not preventing at all my remaining happy

since I dropped my own diapers long time ago.
