Sankhajit Bhattacharjee Poem 105

THREE WAYS
Once while walking I discovered
my way was divided into another three.
I wished to go through the first one
but it was not fit for me,
as it needed more stamina and courage.
I never choose the second
as it’s the way where the mediocre guys ride.
For the third I took a bend.
I discovered later I’m fit for that only.
Now I’m progressing along that way.
It can take me too far than other two.
I’m determined and dedicated to witness the last day.
It will take time but I will complete.
If I went along the first one,
I might get lost in the middle or could not travel for long.
If I went along the second,
my talents might lose a classic song.
Through the right ravine
the nature and above had taken my water,
where their little creation is fit and able
they know better.

It's the choices we make that make such a difference - sometimes just an educated guess is the gamble we take!
Good observation here and it highlights those times of life when a decision has to be weighed up and taken.
Hope you are safe and well.
