"Positive Focus" - A Poem of Positivity

To focus my mind's thoughts within,
Is to think thoughts of love and light.
I let go all that will be and all that has been,
As I radiate the thoughts outward with all my might.

Thinking thoughts of love and light,
I take a breath in then let a breath out.
Radiating positive thoughts outward with all my might,
My soul has begun its mission of a vibe reroute.

Taking another breath in then letting another breath out,
I am calm and collected.
My soul is on a mission of a vibe reroute,
To a positive path I have now selected.

I am calm and collected;
I let go all that will be and all that has been.
To a positive path I have now selected,
I focus my mind's thoughts within.

I enjoyed your poem, Alyssa, and believe it works.

As for me, I recognize everything has opposites from God's Devil to Positive's Negative so I neither attempt to hold nor reject anything. My findings are everything constantly changes and as long as I don't reject nor attempt to hold them I will always return to the Buddha's "middle path" that the western world encourages us to reject by naming it "indifference" or in the difference of opposites.

What modern "Consciousness Instructors" teach is reject half and hold on to the other half. Those teachings cause more harm that they aid. The Bible's God's name, Jehovah, means I AM THAT I AM which is saying IT is both what we call god and what we call devil (see Isaiah 45:7). When IT told Adam don't eat the "knowledge of good and evil" it was suggesting do not cling to nor reject because the desired and rejected are both temporal. We are to seek causes and effects and upon finding them will have a tranquil life.
