Welcome to the latest edition of Faithful Poems from the Beach. Life here at the beach is starting to pick up now it is getting warm and Covid restrictions are easing. However we still have our fingers crossed and remain faithful for a good year at the beach. It’s taken a lot of faith to get to this point after the year e through all over the world.

The poems in this edition were not written for the most part from but from little ideas which pop into my head or from a bit of words I hear. I hope you enjoy them because I enjoy crafting them. I look forward to posting more poems in the futur.

Trouble

Trouble’s

Gonna come

Yes it is

No matter how hard you try

To avoid it

Make your way around it

Trouble will find you

Troubles gonna find you

So you better be prepared

Gotta get yourself ready

To take meet

Trouble head on

So you gotta bow the knee

And Jesus receive

Cause He can help

You make your way

Through the trouble

Which may be

On its way

Trouble’s

Gonna come

Yes it is

Yes it is

What Is Made Is Done

I made this bed

Now I must lie in it

Don’t really have any excuse

For it

I did it

I planned it

I carried it out

Carried it out

I can’t blame the dog

I can’t blame my life

I can’t blame society

I can’t blame sin and strife

I chose the path

That I now walk

Turned my back on God

Now all I have left

Is the talk

What I say doesn’t,

Just doesn’t add up

To the image my heart

Will call up

I thought I could do life

My way

But the world caught me

Can’t get away

I made this bed

Now I must lie in it

Don’t really have any excuse

For it

I did it

I planned it

I carried it out

Carried it out

I can’t blame the dog

I can’t blame my life

I can’t blame society

I can’t blame sin and strife

The moral is God is right

Like it or not

His way is best for life

Don’t play the part

Give Him your love

Give Him your heart

It’s all or nothing

Not just a part

Other wise you will live

Each day

Saying to yourself

I chose this way

I made this bed

Now I must lie in it

Don’t really have any excuse

For it

I did it

I planned it

I carried it out

Carried it out

I can’t blame the dog

I can’t blame my life

I can’t blame society

I can’t blame sin and strife

It’s Me

It’s me who is to blame

It’s me who cause his pain

It’s me, it’s me

It’s me who drove the nails

It’s me who failed

It’s me, it’s me

I was traveling’ down

The highway to hell

Down for the count

Ring, ring the bell

When up ahead

I saw a sign

That says

Jesus saves

Jesus saves

On a cross Jesus

Took away my sin

Cause He knew I had

No other way to win

It’s me who is to blame

It’s me who cause his pain

It’s me, it’s me

It’s me who drove the nails

It’s me who failed

It’s me, it’s me

Can’t deny it

Or try to hide it

It’s me, it’s me

On a cross Jesus

Took away my sin

Cause he knew I had

No other way to win

What Kind of God?

What kind of God do you have?

He sounds so, so different

Than the God I’ve come to know

The God I know is a just God

Who sent His Son outta love

To redeem those who were lost

Now He stands watching over all

He cares for the unborn child

He cares for those society shuns

He loves all, not some, but all

Which means He cares for you

What kind of God do you have?

He sounds so, so different

Than the God I’ve come to know

The God I know is a just God

Who sent His Son outta love

To redeem those who were lost

Now He stands watching over all

He loves those who are unloved

He loves those down on their luck

He loves all, not some, but all

Which means, He loves you

Whatever May Come

Whatever may come

Whatever may befall you

Always remain faithful, faithful

Life is not a certainty

Of all good days

Strung together as a lifetime

There are times

When the storms clouds come

And the waves will roll

And you’ll be fearful

Of it all

Remember

Whatever may come

Whatever may befall you

Always remain faithful, faithful

God calls us in all times

To put our trust in Him

To guide us

To lead us along the way

In order to have

The best

Even on the worst days

All we need to do is

Remember

Whatever may come

Whatever may befall you

Always remain faithful, faithful

There are times

When the storms clouds come

And the waves will roll

And you’ll be fearful

Of it all

Remember

Whatever may come

Whatever may befall you

Always remain faithful, faithful

I Saw the Lord

I saw the Lord the other day

I know you think I’m crazy

But, hear what I have to say

I saw the Lord the first time

Through a generous man

Who helps the homeless

Anyway he can

I saw the Lord a second time

When a woman spent her dime

Buying food for someone

In the grocery store line

I saw the Lord the third time

When a woman consoled

A recently widowed bride

Just by holding her tightly

As she cried and cried

I saw the Lord the other day

I know you think I’m crazy

But, hear what I have to say

The Lord appears in the

Big and small deeds

Done for others

Who have the most needs

So,look for the Lord

Each day you’ll see

Him at work

In people like you and me
