Poem: Time Passes

I am a writer. My passion is poetry. I feel words connect people together and help us to understand the feelings we share.

Poem Summary

"Time Passes" is a poem about how time keeps moving forward and how each day we are bound to encounter changes.

Moments fade, leaving us with a memory in a picture.

Time passes quickly, but life can be beautiful if we let it.

We must embrace each moment with our eyes open, moving slowly.

"Time Marches On" by Tracy Lawrence

"Time Passes"

Every moment

life passes,

people are bound for changes.

Every morning

when the sun rises,

the human race is beginning.

Moment’s fade,

days we cherish

sit in a picture.

Moments pass

in the blink of an eye,

the hands on the clock

keep ticking.

The beauty of life

is waiting,

if we are not blinded

by the fast lanes.

Time doesn't wait.

Indecision will only let opportunities slip away.

Pick a path and walk confidently with your heart behind every step.
