Poem: Speak to the Heavens

My name is Candice Ballinger and I am a Christian woman who loves Jesus and his word.

Speak to the Heavens

I treasure His wisdom,

I bask in His glory

I weep at His strength

I read His word,

and holy things I begin to speak;

protecting my weary soul,

taking me to godly places

showing me how to be,

I'll never be without him

that I can truly see.

No Worries

No worries,

besides unbelievers

surely not God's chosen,

for what is a single worried thought worth?

Surely absolutely nothing,

if you can count the times

have you not heard?

Nothing on earth or in the heavens

above can separate us from his love,

no, tell me this;

who shall condemn us?

Not a single soul

no, no one can stand against God's people,

surely for we are chosen,

God's very own

children of the light

and the salt of the earth,

we stand firm in His promises

all the days of our lives.
