Poem: Salvation

I am a writer. My passion is poetry. I feel words connect people together and help us to understand the feelings we share.

"Salvation" by Skillet

Coronavirus worries

This poem is inspired by the Coronavirus and the worries we each share.

"Salvation"

When she is in despair,
feeling like the weight of the world is crushing down upon her,
he comforts her soul
with the smallest joys,
giving her hope for tomorrow.

When she is in need,
feeling overwhelmed like she is losing her sanity,
he finds a way to ease her fears,
letting her know
he walks with her.

Ruby,

Thank you.

Yes, God is with us.

We must see the goodness he is providing during this time, not all the despair surrounding us.

Have a blessed day.

A wonderful reminder that God does walk beside us and carries us when we can no longer walk. Inspirational and beautifully written.
