Poem: Promises

My name is Candice Ballinger and I am a Christian woman who loves Jesus and his word.

Promises

If you go looking for evil,

you better understand;

you won't look even an inch

before the wickedness of this world shows up at your door,

the evil one is waiting to steal your hope,

and drain you of all your worships,

hold tight to the Lord's promises

and He will get you through the night,

there is a favor in doing good,

yet good things are hard to find

but it's worth the search,

you never know just what you will find.

Praise Him with your hands in the air,

play music

and sing melodies of worship,

shout adoration

show Him your love;

how thankful you are to be His,

remember to play all of your days

He came to give life to the world

and through Him,

we are absolutely saved.
