Poem: Phenomenon

Reading is a series of human emotions. Writing is the gift of sharing these emotions.

poem-phenomenon

When bursts of hues appear in the sky,
It's a phenomenon.
They are polar lights.

When the sunbeam hits ice crystals in cirrus clouds,
It's a phenomenon.
They are fire rainbows.

When pouches hang beautifully underneath the sky,
It's a phenomenon.
They are mammary clouds.

These phenomena are unique;
They occur once in a lifetime.
But when the moon embraces the sun,
That's a twist of fate,
And the greatest most unfathomable phenomenon.

You got the plural and the singular forms of the word. I like that. It's a good poem.
