Poem: Peaceful Existence Lost

I am a writer. My passion is poetry. I feel words connect people together and help us to understand the feelings we share.

Poem Summary

Peaceful existence lost is a poem about how she can feel herself getting angry. The rush of blood flowing in her veins while using spiteful words. She wants to find the truth but dishes out vengeance. She cannot find her way back to her peaceful existence.

Peaceful Existence Lost

Anger fueled emotions
run through her veins,
she feels her blood boiling,
speaking in a spiteful tone with words she could not fathom in her existence.

Her mind lost
in the confusion from yesterday,
seeking truth,
venting vengeance
to repay wrongdoings.

Her peaceful existence lost
with no key to unlock it,
buried deep
within this hell,
struggling to find it’s voice
to no avail.

Thanks John, I guess that is just the writer in me.

Seems like I am better with writing down words.
