Poem: Finding Your Destiny

I am a writer. My passion is poetry. I feel words connect people together and help us to understand the feelings we share.

Poem Summary

Finding your destiny is a poem about how sometimes the road you are on seems like you will never reach your destination. Take baby steps and believe in your dreams. You will find the path to your destiny.

Finding Your Destiny

There are times

when the road you are on

seems like it will never

reach your destination.

Don’t be discouraged,

just remind yourself

no one else can control your destiny,

this life is yours to live.

Start your journey one foot at a time

with small baby steps,

believe in your dreams

and you will find the path

to your destiny.

Nice. I'm enjoying my journey! I guess as you get closer to the end, the journey makes more sense than it did when you are young.

Life is certainly a journey. We can either move at warp speed or take it one step at a time. Our destiny awaits us all. Happiness Brenda.

It takes courage but only we can direct our lives to make them worthwhile. You make an important point that we shouldn't allow others to change our course.
