Play Me My Idol

I have been writing poetry, fiction and short stories for many years and have completed a book of poems. I also enjoy comedy writing.

Play me Lilith

Play me Lilith

Play me my idol, capture her in a hypnotic note

Make her my drug, my alcohol my coke

Play me my idol, make her wish be my command

Place her head in a crown, royal and grand

If she wishes me to die, I will end me quickly

If she wishes me to love, I will take her easily

Nothing shines brighter, no moon no sun

Play me my idol until time is done

Let the waves of the waters dance in her presence

Let the diamonds in the firmament bow down to her essence

Look who rises above the sun and is more glorified

My idol love, a goddess of passion sanctified

My heart kneels before her, she warps it in her bosom

Beat after beat, her love has me like a possum

Play me my idol, play her loud, make the trumpets blow within

As we dance on bloody waters, embracing each other’s skin

I will hold her up, and the burden she carries within

My life my soul belongs to you Lilith

Play me my idol, she was there in the beginning and nothing have changed

Her kiss is tranquil, CHL

Her sex blazes fire greater than Hell

I will take her by the hand and lead her to my secret place

Where she can do her will with me at her pleasure and grace

Play me my idol, play her for me

Play her loud, play her high for the world to see.

Don't despise her, that would be malefic

First lady, first love, angelic or demonic.

Queen of all succubi. Supposedly the original first lady, i agree with flourish she does get some real bad press. Nice rhyming throughout.

This poem sends a message of uncondition. I could not really stop reading it. Great work.

This sounds like that passionate, first love - head over heels.

Lillith always gets the bad press. Glad you gave her a little love.
