I have stumbled across a new passion: writing. It is proving to be insightful and rewarding.
Springtime brings promises of warm breezes and velvety soft pussy willows.
Moss as thick as carpet under grows underneath the old oak tree.
Chipmunks live and play in deep dark tunnels beneath the tall old oak.
The pond nearby is full to the brim with winters melt off.
Frogs are singing a chorus of love songs for their mates.
Soon a blustery wind and rain will dampen the earth and daffodils will tower over the lowly periwinkles.
Remember the first promise of spring brings the sun to play with the periwinkles. For in so much as warmth is given the periwinkles rain is given the crops.
