Pace Faster Slowly

Endurance AUF Noble is an expressive poet with nothing but just a feeling to pour out.

Make haste:
make haste slowly,
day and night sometimes meet at twin
where darkness began;
and sometimes at dawn
where light began.

Make haste:
make haste slowly,
our souls travel in these mortals,
in-between twilight and dawn
shoveling daily for a piece of bread
to keep this body loyal to the soul.

pace-faster-slowly

Make haste:
make haste slowly,
tomorrow though prosperous
resides in an uncertain shade
and today though mean passed away fairly
leaving us with the dream of a better day.

Make haste:
make haste slowly,
history was kind to the Chameleon
in its many colours
and to the Ostrich
upon her fiddled feet.

pace-faster-slowly

Make haste:
Make haste slowly,
knit your fabrics in many colours,
but even when its more colourful
than the rainbow
remember it's only a cover upon the skin.

Make haste:
make haste slowly,
because speed is relative
and which is more?
We are only here to die
in fascinated imaginations.

Lol... Thanks Eric.

I wouldn't want you to drink a drop. I know you can make a good tea for yourself, so I made this one for those who can drink without a cup...

Good to see you!

Eric Dierker from Spring Valley, CA. U.S.A. on August 09, 2019:

Very interesting. Yet not my cup of tea.
