The Background Story

Brenda has come back on HP with her word prompt challenge. This time, she has provided us a new word prompt, “chance”. I have written two poems inspired by this word. Hope Brenda and my hubber friends like my response.

One Life, One Chance

One life, one chance.

One chance, life change.

Every new morning, a second chance.

A second chance to get better.

A chance to learn is by default for many.

A chance to learn is sometimes earned by enthusiast.

A chance to get hired.

A chance to prove yourself.

A chance to support family.

One life for one love.

One chance to recognize your soulmate.

One chance to except before it leaves.

One chance to live happily forever.

One life to raise our kids.

One chance to see their childhood.

One chance to introduce them, the world.

One chance to train them with discipline.

One life to serve happiness.

One chance to serve our parents.

One chance to serve penurious.

One chance to serve yourself.

One life made by Creator.

One chance to repent on wrongdoing.

One chance to ask forgiveness.

One chance to persuade Him.

One chance to prepare for a peaceful hereafter life.

One experience, one gift,

One loss, one pain

Sent to your way for

One reason, one chance to get back to Him.

Acrostic Poem

Change to happen

Hurdles must be crossed

An opportunity not to be missed

Next time may not come

Choice wisely

Enclose the fenced comfort zone
