I have stumbled across a new passion: writing. It is proving to be insightful and rewarding.
May I hold your hand in mine?
May I look deep into your eyes?
Will you continue your walk with me?
A journey of life, love, and lessons to be.
There is no wrong doing here in this moment.
For an infatuation hoping to be returned.
Can you let go of your inhibitions?
This could be a flight out of this world to the moon and back.
I can love you from a far, but I will love you right here, right now.
A loving affection to enjoy for this moment, for this lifetime, and how!
We can remember our youth, for the gentleness that remains.
We can fall in love all over again.
Will you speak of the affection we hold for each other?
I long to hear you speak words of longing, desire and passion.
My heart knows your heart and its love.
My heart is at home within your gentle influence.
So come away with me to the moon and back.
We’ll melt in each other’s arms.
I long for your kisses and caressing touch.
Touch me and tickle me, move me to tears.
The stars put us together.
For the love of a lifetime.
I know that we were made for each other.
Somehow, we are meant to be.
So, let us walk together down the aisle one last time.
We’ll recite our vows of a lifetime, for our lifetime.
Let all see the love in our hearts, and the twinkle in our eyes.
We’ll thank the stars up above for the love we found never questioning why.
