Molly writes under the pen name M. Allman. If you would like to read more of her work, you can find her books on Amazon Kindle.

You pushed me into deep waters
Knowing I couldn’t swim,
But you leaped in to help me
Keeping my nose hovering above water.

Your words spoken to me were
always loving and gentle
But what you said about me
Left necrotic wounds on my back.

Moments with you were black and white
And now that you’ve left this earth
I’m left with gray memories
And chaotic emotions.

While I am hurt that you’re gone,
My monochrome heart is barren,
Leaving me unable to shed a tear

A very powerful and emotional poem, Molly. It really makes one sit back and think.

Hi, Molly. short and to the point - but that's all there needed to be. Every line spoke!

Very sad poem, but it sure moved me.
