Minor mistakes

The author wants to live a joyful life without having past guilts and wants to do good deeds,

She said she had nothing else on her mind

and the awkwardness was something she couldn't contain

so she made a minor mistake,

she did not realize but,

mistakes are bound to happen again and again

unconsciously probably, you can say

she made them without thinking about the consequences

they kept piling up

she kept feeling guilty

till there was no one by her side

who trusted her with their secrets,

she was no more a promising partner

nor an authentic friend

nor was she a responsible daughter,

she felt lost in her world that was deserted of people,

she kept searching for an oasis

awkwardness became a habit now,

She searched for something that could help her

relive happily

and something that could fulfil her unknown thirst

Owning up to her mistakes,

and giving them the rightful names was the only choice

Betrayal,

lies,

and

bullying ,

were the mistakes she thought were minor.

Major was the word she was missing out.
