The Daunting Society We Live In
The Daunting Society
Here
The story of exterior crust
I choose not to trust
As they are full of illiberal minds
And hate there own kinds
They’ll control the lives
With their mistaken minds
And shower their judgment
Without our consent
I’m afraid to say
That’s the SOCIETY we stay
Where we don’t find a way
But just to became a prey
They examine us so closely
And create our stories loathly
They love to talk about your age
And laugh at you offstage
They talk about your hair
And smile you wear
They talk about job you do
And the money you earn too
And that’s the SOCIETY we live in
The society wants to change us
With the harsh verbal fuss
They’ll tear us down
And still expect not to frown
They’ll tell us how to talk
And what to speak
And to have a great physique
The society decides what to wear
And nag me
When I do what they cannot bear
They pick out on weak
And talk about strong who speak
They teach a girl
How to sit and walk
But never tell them what to do
When being stalked
All the society do is talk about colour, body, religion, culture and cast
They enjoy tattling our past
They give us numerous invisible wounds
And fake it to cry at burial grounds
But now
It is the time to realise that this is wrong
And let the people sing peace song
Because peace is where we belong
Don’t judge anyone if they don’t fit in your way
Except them with hands splay

Words of Wisdom
“The more a society drifts from the truth,
The more it will hate those that speak it.”
- George Orwell
