Look into the Starry Skies
A normal night of my lonely ways,
Where the night air cools the sea,
When the sight of something beautiful
Was looking down at me.
I traveled many miles
Through the waters I've grown to love,
When my lungs told me it was time
For breathing the air above.
I kicked my tail fin below me
As fast as I could swim,
Manipulating zigs, zags, and flips
With each of my three fins.
My head broke through the surface
As I blew the waters clear,
I pointed my bottled nose up high
Giggling madly with cheer.
The sight was so beloved!
I leaped like I could fly!
I dove back into the seas,
Shouting, "Look into the starry skies!"
