Life after death Poem
I am who I am. I write poetry and paint really badly. Please be patient.
I long for the immortal
Feeling of fangs
Against flesh
Life everlasting
Death kept at bay.
Eternity is a long time
Many a pleasure to enjoy,
Sun would be a memory replaced
By the rising moon.
Prowling in the night
Without fear,
Hunting for blood or companionship,
This would be my heaven,
Eternal life as a vampire.
The never-ending cries
Lost souls in the dark,
Hearts that are still,
Eye’s that see all,
A beauty beyond compare!
