Power Is Only in the Present Moment

Life is available only in the present moment

All Power is only in the present moment

Do not for any past happening lament,

We cannot change any past event.

Nor can we live in future times,

All Power is only in the present moment.

Train yourself to live well in the present,

Now is the only life’s available moment.

Amongst past, future, and present,

All Power is only in the Present moment.

For any past misfortune, do not yourself torment,

Make your present moment a happy moment.

Dream of building for yourself a bright future,

And make it happen through efforts, in the present moment.

For imagined anxieties for future, yourself prevent,

Past is dead, future unborn, so do not fret.

Take remedial steps NOW,

Because …..

Life is available only in the present moment
