Kindness Woven Happiness

Updated on October 10, 2017

Slowly the pictures float from my cluttered mind,

And all I do is look for what I need to find.

I seldom search for anything less than a great desire,

To find kindness woven happiness to set my heart on fire.

I look at yesterday and recall its distant past,

I quiver to see anything that surely will not last.

People seldom come to grips with disagreeing ways,

Disrespect and jealousy will interrupt their days.

It bothers me so dearly when others see me wrong,

Bitterness appears and I really want it gone,

Faith can build a mountain from little bits of love,

As peace, be with the angels singing up above.
