Just Wanted to Say
Served in the U.S. Army, attended and graduated from The University of Texas-Arlington with a bachelors in psychology and minor in sociology
There was something that I wanted to say,
On the very last day,
Of the year when you and I became one.
That you’ve left a mark,
Which became a spark,
And lit a flame where there was none before.
And from this light,
I survived the night,
To live and love you more.
But as the days grow on,
As the night became dawn,
I could feel you slipping away.
So I just wanted to say,
That I wish you would stay,
And not go away.
Today.

You've given this enough romance to convince a loved one of your affection. Nicely done.
