Jump for Joy and Bounce Back

I am a teacher by profession. My education and work experiences have been focused on development through learning and teaching.

I am happy.

No, I'm not.

I am down in the dumps.

My whole body slumps.

Then, I decide.

I am happy.

I am happy!

So, I play it cool.

I dance and move

and jump for joy.

I laugh and play.

Then, I sit quietly

and I pray.

I am happy.

I am not happy.

Whatever I am,

I bounce back,

because I AM

and I can choose.

So true. We can choose what attitude we want. As a Christian we have the power of the Holy Spirit within, to bounce back. Thanks foe sharing, Mary.
