Ocean and the Waves
I am the water and the sea.
The ocean and its waves
I am all of the oceanic currents.
It's all in me, and I am all of it.
I am the sun and light,
The moon and stars,
The day and the night.
It's all in me, and I'm all of it.
The Universe is me.
I am the galaxy and the black hole
The sun, and the revolving planets.
It's all in me, and I'm all of it.
The vast human race
The changing seasons,
The joy and sorrow
It's all in me, and I am all of it.
The blue and dark sky,
The swaying clouds
The rain and storms
It's all in me, and I am all of it.
The solar and lunar eclipses
The weather's shifting mood
Days both gloomy and bright
It's all in me, and I am all of it.
The laugh and the cry
Wounds and ointment
The loudest and the silent
It's all in me, and I am all of it.
The Hunger and food,
Water and thirst,
Love and betrayal,
It's all in me, and I am all of it.
The wounds and bleeding heart
The light that seeps into wounds
The light that dispels darkness
It's all in me, and I am all of it.
As Rumi said, do not be lonely,
The entire cosmos is within you.
Stop being so little.
In euphoric action, you are the cosmos,
Light a fire in your soul.
Find the ones who can help you to keep it burning.
