“It Could Be Scent”

My body is returning me

to the stillness

I cannot do anything

except watch

watch on

and watch out

I allow my eyes

my ears my nose

my skin to take in the sun

and the gentle breeze

The Waterfal offers a Cloak of Invisibility

Silence and stillness

is like a waterfall

draping its cloak of invisibility

around my body like a shroud

hiding me from the lure of others

Got to follow

the trail

of inner scent

Honour the patient

seed buried somewhere

in my unseen soul

I am sleeping and

I am awake

ascending to burst

through the crest

of a wave

Playing Away
Playing Away | Source

Life’s grail of grace

opens the channels

for joy to permeate

and allow freedom

to play light

and ignore the song

of seriousness

If you too

have lost your dream

dream it back again

Sense the cloud

of excitement

that desires

to fly with you

If the desire

overtakes?

Face the challenge

because in the eye of the storm

lies your talents unseen

Sometimes you will travel

with others

Other times

underground pockets of energy

that lie hidden

in the river of life

will sweep you away

yet protect you

Don’t worry

if you travel far

from your origin

Just call in the memories

of your ancestors

and home will travel

with you

If one chooses to follow

the scent of spirit

then one must make friends

with clarity and change

Best piece I read today, so very humbling and inspiring! Loved the idea of the waterfall being an invisibility cloak.
